Rx-001 · Overview · ACE Healthcare Technologies
The pharmacy your patients already trust. The software it never had.
ACE builds the delivery network and the technology that let independent pharmacies compete with the chains — without giving up what makes them worth keeping. Meridian is the app their patients see.

every delivery
A courier can carry a bag. A technician can answer the question.
Most delivery is a logistics problem solved by people who have never read a label. That is fine for dinner. It is not fine for a patient who has just been handed their fourth medication this month and does not know which of them cannot be taken together.
Every ACE delivery is made by a licensed pharmacy technician. They can tell a patient what the medication is for, what it should not be mixed with, and when to take it — at the door, in the moment it matters.
That is the part a national chain cannot copy cheaply, and the part an independent pharmacy is already good at. We just give it a delivery radius.
Start therapy today, not Thursday
When a prior authorization would take one to three days, we surface a discount option that gets the patient dosing now. Antibiotics and steroids do not wait for paperwork.
Runs on hardware they already own
The pharmacist marks an order ready on an iPad or in the browser. Our technicians get the dispatch. No new dispensing system, no migration.
The pharmacy keeps the relationship
Meridian can carry the pharmacy's own name. Patients are not handed to a platform that will later compete with them.

Open MeridianRx-002 · The Gap
Independent pharmacies are losing patients to software they cannot build.
Not to better pharmacists. Not to better prices. To an app.
And the websites are not filling the gap. Where a site existed at all, our reviewers most often described it as outdated or barely functional — static hours-and-address pages with no refill request, no delivery, and no way for a patient to see what they are taking.
Source: ACE pharmacy survey, August–September 2026. Individual pharmacies are not identified.
The patient leaves for reasons the pharmacist can't fix alone.
A patient does not switch to a chain because the pharmacist there is better. They switch because they can refill from a phone at 11pm, because it gets delivered, and because they can see what they are taking without calling anyone.
Each of those is a software problem. None of them is a pharmacy problem. An independent owner cannot reasonably be expected to commission an app — and until now, the alternative was to lose the patient.
The prior-authorization wall
A medication needs a PA. Approval takes one to three days. The patient needs to start tonight, so they pay $40–50 cash or they walk out with nothing. A discount option at the counter changes that outcome.
The adherence blind spot
Nobody — not the patient, not the pharmacy — knows whether yesterday's dose was taken. The first signal is a refill that never gets requested.
The mix-up risk
Older patients on many medications are the ones who most need delivery and the ones for whom an anonymous courier drop is least safe.
The gap is real. The fix is three products.

Three products. One contract.
Take the delivery network on its own, or the whole stack. Most pharmacies start with delivery and add Meridian once they have seen it work.
Technician Delivery
Licensed pharmacy technicians, not gig couriers — counselling included at the door.
- Same-day windows in Zones 1 and 2
- Licensed technicians on every route
- Medication counselling at handoff
- Insured drivers, verified at onboarding
- Bulk dispatch from the pharmacy queue
- Cold-chain and controlled-substance handling
Meridian for Patients
The app the pharmacy could never justify building. Carries your name if you want it to.
- Daily schedule and adherence tracking
- One-tap refill requests
- Delivery scheduling and live tracking
- Prescription history and prescriber records
- Drug information and interaction lookup
- Discount pricing when a PA would delay therapy
Pharmacy Integration
Connects to the dispensing system you already run. No migration, no new terminal.
- Works alongside RxConnect and equivalents
- Mark-ready from an iPad or the browser
- Automatic dispatch to the technician on shift
- Live order status shared with the patient
- Refill requests routed into your queue
- Reporting on adherence and delivery volume
Pricing is set per pharmacy. Location, patient volume and how much of the stack you want all change the number, so we quote rather than publish. Pilot terms are available for the first pharmacies in a new zone.
Not sure which piece you need first? That's the normal starting point.

Pharmacies get a call back within one business day and a walkthrough of Meridian on their own dispensing data. Patients get told whether their pharmacy is already with us.
Direct
Pharmacy owners: it helps to know your monthly script volume and roughly how far you would want to deliver. That is most of what determines the quote.
